Shipping policy

GRLSocietyq.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received; usually processed within 5~7 business days from the time the order is placed. Expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline.

Items are shipped from our location in Dallas, TX via UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.

Orders specified for local (Dallas) pick up can be processed and ready in as little as 4 hours. Just pull up at the Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Hotel valet and let them know you're GRL VIP!
